Suitable for ALL staff, from Senior Leadership to line workers. It''s all about engagement and creativity to create a new brand of chocolate.

Scenario: We are a confection (candy and sweets) company. We have had good success in the past, but notice some market trends. The company can only release ONE new brand of chocolate this year, and call on ALL TEAM MEMBERS to put the best efforts into design, packaging, branding and advertising.
Process:
- Big team is divided into groups of 10-12 people. 8 or less per group makes production difficult due to the number of tasks that must be completed
- Each group is given identical resources: needed equipment, dark and white chocolate, food coloring, hats, and all
other basic resources - There is an accessory shop in the center of the venue, which has many optional items to add to their creations, such as nuts, other small decorative candies, etc.
- Participants are shown a brief video about how to make fudge, which serves as a primer for how to make their chocolate masterpieces
- ALL groups then get ONE HOUR to complete a series of tasks:
- Design and create the chocolate itself
- Design packaging (basic design OK)
- Brand name and Logo
- Slogan or jingle
- 30 second to 1 minute advertisement
- At presentation time, ALL groups must present their treasures, describing their process, and performing their advertisement
- After all groups have finished, the BEST from each group is selected to go into the FINAL decision on which brand of chocolate to release this year!
Highlights:
- Incredibly creative and attractive chocolate designs and presentations
