American Standard did a half-day bicycle orienteering trek in Lijiang in 2009.

One of the main purposes of this was to get ready for their trek up "Snow Mountain", which would take place starting early the next morning.

Nike China Sales Team did a very nice two-day team-building event in Yangshuo.

The main event was orienteering the giant Karst mountain behind the Mountain Retreat.

SQCC engaged ALTEC to provide a team-building event for about 300 of their company employees. This was done in three groups of 80-100 participants each, over a four-day time period.

After some discussion and on-site research, SQCC and ALTEC decided that Sanjiaozhou Island, off the shore of Huidong, would be the location. The island is accessible, had adequate facilities for over 100 people, and had some great natural beauty as well. All of this for a 10 minute speedboat ride from the Huidong Pier.

SQCCC insisted that the event had to be first-rate, and the Western BBQ each day must be first-rate.

To pull this off, ALTEC had to pull a few rabbits out of our hat...

PepsiCo did an orienteering event in Guangzhou, which was capped off with a nice banquet dinner at the Baiyun Mountain Villa. Afterwards, PepsiCo enjoyed taking part in live performance of Cantonese Opera.
